If you're like me and have never had the flu or any other type of viral infection in their life even though Ive never taken a flu shot I understand why you are hesitant to take this vaccine without knowing any possible side effects or long-term effects it may have on your body

Your first post in nearly 2 decades and you really shouldn't have bothered.

Do you live in a bubble or have you managed to completely avoid contact with other humans all your life? If the answers are no, then you've had dozens of cold/flu type viral infections. The infections just never got to the point where your body started showing symptoms.

literally impossible, all that has happened is that your immune system has beaten it down before it started to show symptoms, or your in denial of ever having had a sniffly nose, sore throat, chicken pox, etc

Especially since the vaccine does not prevent anyone from getting covid and spreading it. All the vaccine does is help prevent severe symptoms in some people with weak immune systems prior to contracting the virus

How can anyone say for certain that taking a new and rushed vaccine will absolutely not have a negative effect on someone taking a possible list of meds for other illneses, let alone someone in late stages of life to begin with?

It doesn't take a genius to know who is dying from covid Many in late stages of life wish that they can be called dead man walking Unfortunately they have guard rails raised on their beds for fear of falling out and if someone comes to visit and has the common cold that person can give the frail one pneumonia and then they die....just like covid
