It was strip sets forced reps negatives and giant sets all wrapped into one
If you really did it as they say to complete and utter failure you would be severely overtrained within my me week
I'm sure many thought they were doing it correctly but I'm sure Thier effort was fairly half assed coz if you did it correctly you'd be lying on the floor for a few minutes after each cycle and you'd do like 12 cycles the whole work out
