The gym ended the face rubber requirements.  Went back today.    Loaded up the hex bar for dead’s and blasted the f out of the Tank Sled and heavy DB.   Felt good. 

My friends were dying and almost puking to keep up my pace but really like a kid in Disney land to play w all the toys again. 

Funny - one stupid Bastid questioned me when I told him max out 30 sec on the assault bike.  He said why not a minute !    Good luck fat ass -    After all out 30 sec he was almost hurled over.

I don't have an assault bike, I only have a regular bike. :(

Feeling good back in the gym to lift a little heavier.  I love the prison yard but a good change of pace.

Total destroyer more lately.  Today:

Warm up assault bike

Superset - 400 lb kettlebell rows and 120b db squats  x 3
Superset - 400 kettlebell drag around gym x 70 lb DB Snatch
Superset - 120lb DB row - 4 x 15 yards burpee and sprint
Superset - Heavy sled push 60 yards and 10 x 135lb clean and jerk
10 minute conditioning - 2x - 1 minute each - inertia wave, tire flip, assault bike, rower, 1 minute rest.

Followed up

60 minute cardio w medicine ball, air runner, inertia wave, sorinex glute ham roller, kettlebells, etc.

Do you have a 400 lb kettlebell, or did you do 400 rows with a 1lb kettlebell?

NYSC has a bunch of 80s I tie together to my straps.   Works amazing.

Overall 1:45:00

5 min warm up on assault bike

3 Sets - DB Squats superset w DB step ups
3 Sets - Leg Press Superset w Seated Calf Machine
3 Sets - Leg Extension superset w Leg Curl
3 Sets - DB Lunges

30 Min Circuit  - 5 stations x6

Each is AMRAP in 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest

225lb Dead
135 Clean and Press
70lb DB Snatch
Landmine with 45lb bar and 2 45's
Assault Bike 

30 Minute Circuit      6 x 5

1 min -  120 Sandbag bear crawl drags
1 min -  Burpee & Medicine Ball overhead toss
1 min -  53 lb kettlebell swing
1 min -  Atomic push up on the ham roller
1 min - Sprint across the basketball court
1 min rest

5-10 min cool down.

50 ft rope hand over hand row w 250lb kettlebettles ties to it

50 feet 120lb sand bag bear crawl drag

50 Feet heavy sled push

5 x tire flip w heavy tire

405lb deads x 5


30 min circuit - in between each set of each one - i minute fast walk

3 x 20 push ups
3 x 20 walking lunges
3x 5 burpee pullups
3 x 20 sit ups
3 x 20 jumping jacks

10 minute walk cool down
