Depends what's on the counter when I get back home (I train in the evening these days). Usually something sweet and/or a fruit and/or a whey shake with cranberry juice + GABA + creatine malatat-tatatataate
Post workout I usually have a beer or a glass of wine... then cook something decent, usually low in starchy carbs, some meat and fresh veggies.
