No wife, no jobs, no guns <--- hahahaha, and can't vote <---HAHAHAHA.   Just another deadbeat CRIMINAL!

You don't get to pick when your accountability ends for attempting to overthrow the government.  You play.  You pay.  These idiots wanted to act like citizens of a banana republic and overthrow the government.  They should be treated like citizens of a banana republic who failed to overthrow the government.

---
An Oklahoma Capitol riot defendant asked to avoid jail time in a Friday sentencing memo.

Jerry Ryals said he's already suffered the loss of his wife, job, and ability to own firearms and vote.

Prosecutors say Ryals took a video of himself on January 6 talking about "overthrowing" the Capitol.

A Capitol riot defendant's attorney listed the consequences he says his client has suffered as a result of his participation in the January 6 attack, while petitioning a judge for leniency this week.

Jerry Ryals of Oklahoma pleaded guilty to one count of civil disorder in May and is set to be sentenced next month. He was originally charged with five counts, including obstruction of an official proceeding, entering and remaining, and disorderly conduct. But as the government works to prosecute the more than 900 people arrested in connection with the attack, federal prosecutors have offered some rioters lesser charges in exchange for their guilty pleas.

Mykytiuk acknowledged that Ryals "expressed his support" for those who spearheaded the breach of the building, but said he did not "join them at the front."

Ryals has "already felt the impact" of his involvement in the insurrection, his lawyer argued: He lost his job and became estranged from his wife as a result of the siege. Ryals, who is described as an "avid hunter" will also be barred from owning firearms as a result of his conviction and will no longer be able to vote — "a right he cherished so deeply."

"Due to the massive publicity and historic nature of the January 6 riot, most people in his community know of his offense, and many have shunned him because of it," Mykytiuk added.

I don’t call people who disagree “communists” unless it’s absolutely warranted. Lurkers own words were “He’s doing a great job” Biden’s policies are at the VERY LEAST socialist and I would say more Marxist than anything. Both you and Lurker defend 100% unconstitutional acts then defend them or don’t condemn them. This in, in fact a Soviet-type partisan “hearing” designed to do nothing but go after anyone who opposes them whether they were there or not.

Specifics count.

Please provide a list of the unconstitutional acts you believe Lurker and I defend.

Please provide a list of Biden's policies which in your opinion are socialist and more likely Marxist?

What behavior warrants you calling someone a communist whether you agree with them or not?

Are you suggesting Mr. Young confessed to crimes he didn't commit because he wasn't there (at the Capital) on January 6th?

Do you really expect him to answer anything?  He never does.  Because he can’t.  He can’t translate whining into substance or factual replies.  So you can expect the usual off topic post, the deflection, denial and a few “lol”s thrown in.  Because that is all he is capable of.  We’ve seen this for years.

Because he had NOTHING else to say.  He had to say something but couldn't so he went off on an unrelated and nonfactual tangent just like he always does.

Qoach has shown over and over he doesn't understand the simply definition of communist and socialist labels that he throws around.   ::)

Libturdz,

People should be horrified as to what this commi3 admin has done to our country.
Talking and arguing over a fake "insurrection" is like a dog crapping on your carpet, but then tearing your baby apart and biting its face off.
(And actually whining about the carpet).

Comical and braindead not even a blip on the radar of life...

The same can be said about these "patriots"  <--  ::)  who thought they were fighting to protect their country while attempting to subvert the very basic core of our country and the democracy it is built upon.  Free and fair elections.  These are not patriots, these are people who were deceived, fooled and duped into believing one of the biggest lies in American history.  They are simple minded morons.  They stormed, and raided a federal building, in the process law enforcement officers were hurt. These people were not fighting for this country they were fighting for Trumpy and his lies and warped ego.  Now they all face criminal charges that affect them for the rest of their lives while (in some cases) realizing that Trump was pulling the creme de la creme con job on them.  Anyone claiming the election was stolen at this point, after the lack of evidence, after all the courts and fellow GOP members have stated it wasn't is just a flat out retard.  Deny it or say otherwise but it doesn't change.   :D

Looking back, it probably wasn't the best idea to admit to and be photographed using illegal drugs on federal property.  Or filming yourself assaulting police officers.  But it wasn't like he exhibited much brain wattage that entire day....

"In the videos, Sandlin can be heard saying 'we made history guys. People are smoking weed in here. Please, may I please hit that...I am smoking weed. Thank you patriot."

---
A Millington man is scheduled for sentencing in December after entering guilty pleas in relation to the Capitol riot in Washington, D.C. on January 6.

Ronald Sandlin, 35, pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to interfere with the peaceful transition of power and assaulting law enforcement officers. According to court documents, Sandlin posted to Facebook about his intent to caravan to Washington D.C. in late December and was seeking donations.

He is also alleged to have worked alongside two other men, Nathaniel DeGrave and Josiah Colt, and the three discussed shipping guns to Sandlin's home in Tennessee. Two days before the attack, Sandlin posted a picture of Colt holding a gun in bed to Facebook.

Sandlin watched the "Stop the Steal" rally at a restaurant near the Ellipse, before live-streaming a call-to-arms.

"Sandlin live-streamed a video in which he called on 'other patriots' to 'take the Capitol,'" a press release from the Department of Justice said. "In the video, Sandlin stated four times that 'freedom is paid for with blood.'"

According to the press release, the three men then went to the Capitol together, wearing face masks, helmets, and shin guards. Sandlin was alleged to be carrying a knife and DeGrave was alleged to be carrying bear spray. After climbing dismantled barricades, they entered through the upper west terrace door.

"While inside, Sandlin and DeGrave pushed against officers guarding an exterior door to the Capitol Rotunda, slowly forcing the door open and letting a mob stream inside. Sandlin shouted at the officers, 'You're going to die, get out of the way,' before later grabbing an officer's helmet," the press release said.

While in the Capitol, Sandlin stole a book from the desk of a Senate-side office, picked up an oil painting, and smoked weed in the Capitol Rotunda. The painting was eventually taken off his shoulder by other rioters.

The DOJ said Sandlin left the Capitol at about 3:16 p.m., about an hour after he and his partners entered.

Colt entered a guilty plea July 14, 2021, and DeGrave entered a guilty plea June 27, 2022. Sandlin was arrested January 28, 2021, and is slated to be sentenced on December 9 in Washington, D.C. He could face up to 28 years in prison for the charges, along with possible fines and court costs.

FBI arrests Ohio pastor who shouted 'mission accomplished' at Capitol on Jan. 6.  Federal authorities arrested an Ohio pastor Wednesday for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection.

Bill Dunfee, 57, was arrested on felony charges of interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding, in addition to five misdemeanors. Dunfee serves as the pastor at the New Beginnings Ministries Warsaw and used the pulpit to express the baseless belief that President Biden stole the 2020 election.

The FBI stated it began its investigation into Dunfee in February 2021, the month after supporters of former President Donald Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to stop the formal counting of the electoral votes showing Biden won. They added that Dunfee confirmed his attendance to them in a March 2021 phone call and they received additional tips about his role over that summer.

Dunfee spoke about the election during a Dec. 27, 2020, sermon, saying, “The Government, the tyrants, the socialists, the Marxists, the progressives, the RINOs, they fear you. And they should. Our problem is we haven’t given them reason to fear us.”

Dunfee added, “As I said earlier in another previous sermon is this: They used to tell us, you know what, you settle your differences at the ballot. How did that work out for us? It’s not over.”

The Justice Department alleges that Dunfee illegally entered the Capitol grounds with a bullhorn which he used to say, “We are taking our house.” As some of the insurrectionists dispersed on the afternoon of Jan. 6, Dunfee told them, “Mission accomplished,” and replied “Hallelujah” to a fellow rioter who said, “We did it, we shut ‘em all down. We did our job.”

Dunfee spoke about his experience during a May 2021 sermon, saying, “We show up January 6th at the Capitol Building right? To let it be known that we are not going to stand back and let an election be stolen. That we are going to hold our legislators accountable, and so on and so forth? And what did that get us? Huh? We are all deemed what? Huh? Bunch of terrorists, right?”

“I can tell you, having been there [at the Capitol], that um, we were surrounded by patriots,” Dunfee added. “Many, many, many, many patriots. And I thank God they showed up to just to let it be known, that you know, what the bottom line is this, that you are not stealing this election. You’re not going to rob us, deprive us of a democracy, of a republic, without us being heard.”

Dunfee was expected to make his first appearance in court in the Southern District of Ohio on Wednesday.

Nearly 900 individuals have been arrested for their roles in the events of Jan. 6. The House committee investigating Jan. 6 was planning to have an additional hearing last week but postponed it due to Hurricane Ian. Members of the far-right Oath Keepers militia are currently being tried on a number of charges, including seditious conspiracy.

Jan. 6 cases: Romance novel cover model pleads guilty to dragging cop down Capitol stairs.  When former President Donald Trump called on supporters who believed his lies about the 2020 election to come to Washington on Jan. 6, 2021, a Michigan bodybuilder-turned-construction worker responded with enthusiasm.

“I’ll be there,” Logan Barnhart wrote in response to a @realDonaldTrump tweet.

When he arrived at the U.S. Capitol, he now admits, he battled police and helped drag an officer down the stairs on the western front, where some of the most barbaric violence of the day took place. Barnhart pleaded guilty Wednesday to assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon before U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.

Barnhart, 41, admitted that he grabbed an officer by the vest on the back of the neck and helped drag the officer "in a prone position" down the stairs and into the crowd and that he later pushed officers and struck at them with a flagpole.

“Yes, sir,” responded Barnhart, who took the plea from his car at work. He said everything in the agreed-upon statement of offense was “100% true.”

Barnhart was included in a superseding indictment along with eight other men. Barnhart, the indictment alleged, assaulted a Washington police officer identified by the initials B.M. and engaged in felony civil disorder, as well as committed four misdemeanor offenses.

Depending on how his sentencing guidelines fall and what a judge ultimately decides, he could spend around three to five years in federal prison.

In a previous court filing, prosecutors said B.M. “remembered having his baton grabbed and he was pulled into the crowd” and “being struck in the helmet multiple times with objects.”

Among Barnhart's co-defendants are Jack Wade Whitton and Justin Jersey, who both recently pleaded guilty, as well as Michael Lopatic Sr., who died over the summer. Whitton, who was wearing a Trump hat as he assaulted law enforcement officers, bragged that he "fed" an officer to the mob and later told officers that they were "gonna die tonight."

Internet sleuths investigating the Capitol attack identified Barnhart with the help of facial recognition technology. They had given him the nickname "Catsweat," because he was wearing a Caterpillar brand sweatshirt on Jan. 6. Barnhart kept his sunglasses on for most of the time he was at the Capitol. But earlier in the day, while he was at Trump's "Stop the Steal" event near the White House, a YouTuber panned past his face, which gave sleuths a good image to run.

A facial recognition search then pulled up photos of Barnhart from his modeling career. The sleuths said that to confirm the match, they were able to find Instagram posts showing Barnhart wearing the same sweatshirt and hat he wore on Jan. 6.

Barnhart appeared on the cover of romance novels like “Stepbrother UnSEALed: A Bad Boy Military Romance” and “Lighter,” a book with the slogan “wrong never felt so right.”

An assistant U.S. attorney said during Barnhart's plea hearing Wednesday that the case included evidence from both Barnhart's Google account and his Instagram account.

Barnhart isn't the only model to have been arrested in connection with the Capitol attack. On Tuesday, a jury convicted John Strand, an underwear model, on several charges, including felony obstruction of an official proceeding.

Another Jan. 6 defendant who participated in the assault on the western front of the Capitol was sentenced to more than seven years in federal prison Tuesday. Kyle Young, who brought his 16-year-old son along as he joined the mob in the lower west tunnel on Jan. 6, was charged with handing another rioter a stun gun and grabbing former Officer Mike Fanone as he was dragged into the mob on Jan. 6. Fanone told Young that he hopes he suffers behind bar, saying Young's actions had deprived him of his career in law enforcement.

Proud Boys member pleads guilty to seditious conspiracy for U.S. Capitol attack.  A member of the far-right Proud Boys, Jeremy Bertino, pleaded guilty on Thursday to a charge of seditious conspiracy over his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, making him the first member of the group to do so.

Six other members, including former Proud Boys Chairman Enrique Tarrio, are due to stand trial beginning in December on charges including seditious conspiracy, which carries a potential prison sentence of up to 20 years.

Bertino also pleaded guilty to a gun charge.

"Guilty, your honor," Bertino said when asked if he was pleading guilty to both of charges.

His guilty plea comes as the first seditious conspiracy trial of Donald Trump supporters charged with organizing the Capitol assault is underway. That trial involves five associates of the far-right Oath Keepers, including founder Stewart Rhodes.

As part of his plea deal, Bertino, 43, of Belmont, North Carolina, must agree to testify before a grand jury or at trial if requested by federal prosecutors. He could face a prison sentence of up to five years, three months and a fine of up to $200,000, officials said at a virtual hearing before U.S District Court Judge Timothy Kelly in Washington.

Seditious conspiracy is a Civil War-era statute defined as two or more people plotting "to overthrow, put down or to destroy by force the government of the United States" that is rarely prosecuted.

Supporters of then-President Trump, a Republican, stormed the Capitol in a failed attempt to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden after Trump falsely claimed the election had been stolen from him. Five people died during and shortly after the riot, and about 140 police were injured.

When the CIA helped Google acquire the Keyhole satellite imagery software in 2004 now known as Google Earth, the CIA probably did not imagine it would one day be used by independent journalists to rebut dubious assertions put forward by the Justice Department and the FBI.
But such are the strange times in which we live.

After Revolver News’s investigative reports last month yielded irrefutable forensic evidence that the DOJ and FBI are withholding critical information regarding the so-called January 6th pipe bomber, we have decided to go one step further.
Using the 3D “street view” software available on Google Earth, we captured the precise walking path from the front door of the DNC building to the exact location where the DNC pipe bomb was placed. This walkthrough shows the DNC bomb was quite literally just around the corner from the DNC building’s main entrance, and right next to a security station.
Here is our walkthrough video, with analysis below:

Several interesting revelations emerge from the walkthrough video above.
The moment one turns the corner from the front entrance onto S. Capitol St., one sees the exact bench where the bomb was placed. This bench, along with its companion bench, were not tucked away in some obscure side street. It is clear from the positioning of the benches relative to the DNC building that they would have been used frequently by passers-by, pedestrians, and DNC employees alike. Indeed, anyone who decided to enjoy their morning coffee on either of those two rather clean and inviting park benches, anytime from 7 a.m. to noon on January 6, would very likely have spotted the pipe bomb that was allegedly planted by the bench the evening before.

Also readily apparent from the Google Earth walkthrough is the closeness of the pipe bomb location to the rear parking garage, and the entry and exit doors to the DNC building.
We point this out in the walkthrough video at timestamp 1:05. The pipe bomb was basically smack dab between the parking deck, the entry and exit doors, and the front of the building:

The proximity of the pipe bomb to the driveway, parking deck, and exit of the DNC building is of crucial significance.

Recall that Kamala Harris curiously hid the fact that she was in the DNC building on January 6th, and it was only an entire year after the so-called insurrection that the press reported that the Vice President-elect was in the building the morning of the 6th while the pipe bomb was on the premises. Of course, as Vice President elect Kamala Harris enjoyed the protection of the Secret Service, this means that the Secret Service must have conducted a sweep of the DNC building before she entered.
According to Senator Ron Johnson, the Secret Service definitively affirmed that they swept the outside areas of the DNC building adjacent to the entry and exit doors, as well as the parking deck:

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), on January 5, 2021 between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., an individual placed two pipe bombs in Washington, D.C. – one near the Republican National Committee (RNC) headquarters and another near the Democratic National Committee (DNC) headquarters. The next day, on January 6, 2021, then-Vice President-elect Harris reportedly arrived at the DNC headquarters at 11:30 a.m. Prior to Harris’ arrival, the Secret Service reportedly “swept the interior of the [DNC headquarters], the driveway, parking deck and entrances and exits.” Reports indicate that at 1:07 p.m., U.S. Capitol Police began investigating the pipe bomb at that location, and at 1:14 p.m., an unnamed Secret Service protectee – presumably Harris – was removed from the DNC. The bomb threat was cleared at 4:36 p.m.5 To date, law enforcement has not been able to identify or locate the suspect who allegedly planted the pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters. Given that Secret Service reportedly swept the areas in and around the DNC headquarters prior to Harris’ arrival on January 6, 2021, it seems odd that agents did not immediately discover the pipe bomb that was reportedly located next to a park bench at that location.

The notion that the Secret Service, the most elite protection detail in the world, swept the DNC building and managed to miss the pipe bomb is impossible to believe—either that or what transpired was such an act of such gross negligence that it is tantamount to deliberate malfeasance. Indeed, as the Google Earth satellite photo reveals, the pipe bomb was mere feet from both the entry and exit doors, as well as the parking garage, where the Secret Service claims it conducted a sweep.

He's going to be the Belle of the Bubba's once he goes to prison.  If the title of the books he appears for are any indication, he won't
