Here's a transformation pic and video of Mia Jesmer (Muy caliente). She's a former anorexic (lowest weight 93lbs...5'5") When she started lifting in 2004 she weighed 100lbs. Now she's 130lbs with a goal weight of 135lbs before she starts her contest prep in March. She wants to develop a physique similar to Emmanuela Pintus. We will be following her progress on our NEW website. Our focus is on heavy/intense gym training. There seems to be a lack of this on the internet.
