my middle is chris let me form a solution
1 gallon of milk per day skim drink early in the day to
shat it out (take something for gas)
16 suggested serving size of beans mid day and for the rest of the day season with salsa
1 pack of spinach a day for vegetable is all u ned
pb sandwich early in the day along with the milk , fill er up...
workout when u get home drink beer for motivation, no need to smoke ciggs or anything
drink 1-2 cups of grapejuice in the evening
you will find cardio very easy with this diet and magically lose fat only
drink beer during running out doors is good same with grapejuice 1-6 beers depending upon how u feel
