Squadfather - Ronnie vs Dorian vs Jay
« on: February 07, 2007, 12:06:12 PM »
I know you respect Jay a lot, but, he tends to rely on MORE VOLUME than heavy weight. Heavy weight is relative (compared to Dorian or Ronnie). His appearance speaks for itself so im not debating that. However, in your opinion, do you think he would stand a round of training with Dorian? How do u think Dorian and Ronnie would compare in a training session?

Jay is as strong as Dorian and only a little weaker than Ronnie, watch some of his videos, just because Jay uses a lot of volume and short rests between sets doesn't mean he doesn't handle impressive weight, you don't get to be his size without heavy weight regardless of what people say, on New, Improved and Beyond he did 405 pound barbell incline and barbell rows, 140 pound dumbbells for reps on shoulder presses, 8 plates per side on very deep hack squats.
