Kaz is still pretty damn big nowadays when you see him on the WSM shows. He sucks shit as a color commentator but he's a living legend in the strongman sport.

He always looks more hardcore with the beard - I've seen pics of him without it and it takes away from his presence considerably.

when you look at pics or clips it's hard to imagine that this guy was 6'4". he looks like a dwarf with those proportions.

Recognize! I give all the credit to the heavy ass quarter reps I perform on all my exercises. There's no need for full range in workouts..it's just a waste. And I do all my lifts with straps too! Dont' want my biceps to work too hard!
