I don't think you can much force yourself to grow muscular by massive protein intakes but we see that the biggest guys generally eat a lot of protein. Their bodies are kind of telling them we are doing well with it and appetite is high. If we can't eat a lot that is the body telling us we are genetically not meant to be very big. Bodybuilders have often arrived at certain conclusions by instinct and later science has proven them right.

I have problems eating a lot of protein. Even protein shakes are hard to get down. Sometimes I have told myself that I will forcefeed say 400 grams for a few months just to see what would happen but I just can't stick with it. MK-677 was amazing for increasing food intake but that substance isn't necessarily very healthy due to its effect on blood sugar and the massive water retention.

Makes sense.

I can barely even drink protein shakes anymore. Just can't stand them.

Just eat plenty of healthy food with protein and call it a day.

I drink these milks with a little extra protein. Can hardly stomach heavy protein shakes.

Anyone here try the "clear" whey proteins that are like water? They are pretty easy to drink but would like to find a good "clear" powder.

They were popular here in the states years ago, i tried some of them but they taste weird.

Haven't seen them around as much, but i don't go to supplement stores anymore.

Yeah i drink regular milk twice a day.

I used to like the Cookies and Cream Muscle Milk, but after 20+ years of drinking shakes i just can't stand them.

Not everyone gets this type of response to anabolics and GH, no matter the dose.

True but I think Roelly is nearing his mid 40's..time to ease up on the gas even with his genetics. Dat der focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and proteinuria is a quiet killer.

The Dallas McCarver autopsy said it all. Dead at age 26, and he was overrun with heath problems.

Right before Mike Matarazzo’s death, he warned the young bodybuilders to stop. Dallas didn’t want to listen.

Matarazzo died, and then MacCarver died almost exactly 3 years later.
