I lift 3X a week, alternating workouts every other time. More than that and I don't progress.


I did ride 30 miles on my bicycle today, at an average pace of 20.5 mph over rolling terrain. That was enough :)

Unlike you I trained my legs today with free weights. While you waste your time doing leg curls and leg extensions, I do free weight squats, glute ham raises, and good mornings.

Yeah I’ve been doing 3-4 hours about 5 days a week for a while now. Just trying to stay active see what happens. Really enjoying the swimming and walking clears my head.

1.5 hours of walking at a brisk pace is about 5 miles! 30 minutes of running at a slow pace is three miles. 30 minutes of swimming I have no clue and to throw in lifting is insane. Again, wow. You must be really lean. On a side note I like to run for cardio but when I walk fast for 1 to 1.5 hours consistently the fat just melts off. I'm under the weather but soon hope to be back to the workouts.
