I was eating 2500 cals and it seemed to be maintaince so I jumped all the way to 4 grand but I think it was too big of a jump so I'm going down to 3 grand

I'm doing different training techniques some are to failure plus forced reps unilateral
Others are constant tension 4 sec positive 4 sec negative
And others are triple drops
