It is recovering for sure just slowly. I cannot bench press with a barbell it hurts. Feel it is rotator cuff so once that heals I will be happy.
Bench day is just Incline DB, some v v v light incline barbell (reintroduced this week) and cable crossovers.
What is "giryas" and what language?
Shoulders is just KB presses. I posted this video in my log will repost here.
Form and technique is shit but in time will certainly improve especially as I get stronger!
