I think you'd benefit from splitting things up and upping the weights a bit, though, even if you maintain a low volume routine. If I had my druthers, I'd train probably 4-5x a week and divide evenly among pecs, delts, back, arms and legs. Each workout would be incredibly brief, but I reckon I could hit each muscle group "fresh" and like a madman on 1,000 mg of Viagra and high on PCP whilst chasing down Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Julianna Margulies, Abbie Cornish, Nikki Cox or [insert some of your favorite hotties here, at least in their prime (yes, I know Nikki fucked her face up; I'm thinking of her circa 10 years ago)].
