~Snatch Grip High Pulls: 5 x 5, increase weight each set to 5RM
~Bent Over Barbell Rows: 3 x 5, increase weight each set to 5RM
~Straight Leg Barbell Deadlifts: 3 x 5, start with weight last used on Rows, add weight each set to subsequent 5RM
~Deadlifts: 3 x 5, same concept as above
~One Set, All Out, As Many Reps as possible, 10 Seconds rest between each exercise:
Rows --> St. Leg Deads --> Deadlifts w/ Shrugs at top of movement
~ Grip Strength: weighted hangs
