Have any of you guys tried CreaLean from labrada all it is, is creatine mono but the amount seems way to little. Ive used other Mono's by themselves and its always a tablespoon but labrada uses this little scoop like half the size and says its the same amount of creatine...any thoughts?

from what i know there's chinese creatine. and then there's 2 brands from germany that are suppose to be the purest - creapure and ultrapure. either one is probably to be prefered over the chinese one. labrada uses one of these. then just put their own name on the bottle. personally id look for the cheapest brand name that use either creapure or ultrapure. then use as much as i feel is needed regardless of the scoop coming with the bottle since creatine is pretty cheap these days
