Post by: themetalgod on April 17, 2006, 01:17:44 PM
has anyone seen the new plusa article on kaz by will morris.kaz was invited to due a seminar in 1980 and along did some weightlifting demonstrations.he did 600 for 5 in the bench and did in the deadlift 850 x 2 with what the guy said was a good 2 reps left in him.
guy said kaz was about 350 with little bodyfat carrying that extra muscle instead of fat has to make you stronger.does anyone have a idea how kaz was able to be that heavy with that little bodyfat.i should have asked him when i was at a church to see give a motivational speech but he didn't take questions really.i asked him about what he did and all he told me was that he did alot of everthing, worked fast and hard.the guy figured kaz wouyld outlift everyone today except garry frank

i believe the lifts but not the bodyweight, i would believe that he was 325 or 330 with maybe 12 or 13 percent bodyfat which is actually mind bogglingly low for a guy of that weight.
