I haven't purchased one in years but off the rack jackets do not fit me. I think I am a 48 but the arms are not going to fit me and the waist will have lots of extra material

I am aware I have a torn right pec. The most recent tear was in March this year. It will improve some you can fill in the gap to a degree. We all get injuries as we age don't let them deter you as an untrained injury left to atrophy looks a lot worse than one you keep training.
