I get the calls for more thickness. We can all always get thicker but I don't get being called narrow. I am wider than a doorway. I have broad shoulders I am wider than most 250lb bodybuilders.

I weighed in at 231 weeks ago on camera. I then dropped back down and I am a shredded 220 when I wake now and absolutely can get up to 225 before bed. I have weighted in multiple times on camera with multiple scales no idea why my weight is still being questioned. I am absofuckinglootely over 220lbs at all times and honestly I am probably a little dehydrated at 220lbs.

I do agree doorway looks sub-standard but I also think the physique is solid and wideness is not an issue. Also saw how good you looked at the Venice Beach competition which you posted some time ago. Those are fun contests to be in.

1) Anyone can look wide when they are standing in front of a small pantry door.  Your legs are still skinny as hell.  I bet both legs could fit into one side of those pants you have on.

2) You're delusional as fuck.  Anyone can cram in a ton of food then weigh themselves and the scale will be high.
3) Out of breath just talking and flexing.  WOW....no red flags there. 
4) For extra money for your drugs think about showing movies on that iMax screen of a forehead you have

I am literally mid workout between sets I flex between sets to push blood into the muscle and work the mind muscle connection my gym is directly below me. Also I have not been stuffing food for a couple weeks now and I am still 220lb solid as fuck empty in the am. I am 225 just eating regular and yes I could push to 230 in a couple days just stuffing myself but considering I am having stomach issues that is not the current plan. Taking it slower

You work out in dress pants?  Never, in 35yrs of lifting would ever think about taking time to over to a fucking doorway and shoot a video for a message board to "prove I am bigger than a doorway".  Maybe it was supposed to be leg day and you got just enough leg pump just walking up and down the stairs...all the while shouting "light weight baby".
