You look FANTASTIC for one year in the gym and for sure don't worry at all about carrying water weight, you WANT to carry water weight.  Only reason to cut the water weight out is competition.  Again, PROPS brother, you look great for one year.

POST YOUR PICTURE!  Then again, we all know that won't happen, if you posted your pic, you couldn't criticize everyone else because you would be the joke of the site.

Remember that first year of training?  You grow like a baby cow!

The second years is a damn hard slap in the face.

I'm glad I didn't look  like that after one year. I probably would have gotten complacant and stopped training hard because I would have been so impressed with my gains.

Fantastic progress- keep doing what you're doing- it's working.

That is illogical.  :)  If you looked like that after a year you would already be hooked, look at yourself and say damn I wanna get bigger.  ;D

thanks for the positive comments...done to around 190, look 10 times better, abs starting to show up decently, serratus fingers starting to come out nicely, think ill try to maintain this weight until march or april then start cutting a little more for summer. ill try to get some updated pics along with some shots of the legs soon.

Great foundation, I'd start repping out with more reps to work different muscle fibers.  Also, pull up the pants, and the tat, not much you can do now about that I guess, just wouldn't get more.

over the last few months i have been doing higher reps and going to failure alot, up until then i always tried to do lower reps and always try to use heavy weight, i think doing more reps will fill my shit out alot.

What did you weigh when you started, I mean before the year of lifting?
