Here's an, apparantely, real picture of Pumpster, a moderator on the Training board. He works out at home with his Bowflex.

decent arms
mid-section looks a bit blocky
jeans not tight enough to evaluate the wheels

Pumpster is no stranger to lifting weights, being in his late 40's/early 50's, he's been hitting the gym for over 30 years.

Tapper:
Any guy that goes to the gym for 30 years has my respect!
