hey i got an idea sevastase, there is this one lift called a bench press, u may want to try it out sometime, it may actually make that shitty chest of urs grow, or just get tit implants since ur a whinny ass biatch anyways

U can believe what u want but I am clean and have always been very hones if I used anything and what I used in the past. No reason to lie. I laugh at most making fun of me for a good reason : they cannot match me when I am clean let alone when I take something. U dig ?

So this past week and a halft I have started to clean up my "diet" a bit and started with cardio..
Nothing serious yet though, Having to habbit of accidently sleeping to 2-3 in the day so that sucks..

But I have lost 6-7 pounds mostly water.. But some fat also =)
And yeah im not "flaring" my lats in the after pic so it looks kinda strange.

look up the definition of "obese" genius.  Obese doesn't mean some bodyfat.  It means grossly fat.  Like 300 pounds overweight.
