Mikes in great shape, and for me, abs are cool, I'm not looking to become a bodybuilder, I want to get nice and big though. So then I don't hear "OMG UR SO SKINNY" and shit. Also even 20 lbs of muscle would really help me on the baseball field, I'd hit up to 95mph pitching and I'd be able to hit a long ball. ;x

I need to get into shape for kickboxing, and I'd like to go up in weight and get around 150ish or so. I took some body fat type thingy or some shit and it says i'm underweight for my height. ;x

For everyones information, if I were in FL and could afford it I'd have mike as a trainer, lol.

Mike, seriously man, you will never have a clue what it takes to get on stage and go through all the days of doing cardio, making your meals, weighing each piece of food before you place it into your mouth, not going out with your friends cause you have to train the next morning, weight training and no even getting a pump cause of the low LOW carbs....etc etc.....
