Title: Question for anybody who can help

Im trying to figure out what would be the best idea for my off season cardio regimine this year. Im trying to find out what other people are doing as far as how much and how less of cardio in their offseasons?  let me know guys..... thanks

My whole year is offseason - I don't do cardio as it make my legs waste away to nothing - concentrate on diet and up your reps if it's bodyfat you want to burn while maintaining your size. If it's fitness you're going for, do swimming three or four times a week.
