{Wrist Curls - 4 X failure
{Reverse Wrist Curls - 4 X failure
Believe it or not,but my elbow is still bothering me a bit.
Went light on French Press but at least I could do them.....a month ago....NO WAY.
Pretty decent week,but next week will be better.
