According to government documents stored on his personal computer, Hunter Biden lived in 2018 and 2019 at the Wilmington, Del., home where his father had classified materials stored in the garage. It is unclear precisely when the documents were put in the garage or when Hunter Biden began living at the residence, but in May 2018 the president's scandal-plagued son was issued a Delaware driver's license listing his father’s home as his primary residence.

The living arrangement raises serious questions following Attorney General Merrick Garland’s decision to appoint a special counsel to investigate President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. Hunter Biden, who suffered from a crack cocaine addiction for years and had extensive ties to foreign business contacts, is facing a federal criminal investigation of his own for tax fraud and lying on a firearm application.

Neither the White House nor the Department of Justice responded to a request for comment.

In December 2018, Hunter Biden directed his Wells Fargo financial adviser to change his banking address to the Wilmington address. He also added the address to his PayPal account in January 2019. And a month later, Hunter Biden ordered a number of products from the auction site Tophatter to be shipped to the home, including a night vision monocular telescope, an anti-police GPS radar detector, a 5-megawatt laser pointer, a 360-degree USB webcam, and a $51 smartphone, according to shipping receipts found on his laptop.

Hunter Biden also used the home as his billing address for his Apple account, according to over a dozen receipts on the hard drive dated between January 2019 and March 2019. Digital items Hunter Biden purchased in that timeframe include subscriptions for various dating services, an app that makes calls and texts from a second phone number, and an audiobook of his father’s memoir, Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose.

A notarized Quitclaim Deed located on the hard drive dated Feb. 20, 2019, identifies Hunter Biden as a "divorced man, residing" at his father’s Wilmington property.

Real creepy and totally corrupt insane libturdz...   ::) ::)

The usual saying is, "the sins of the father" in this case it is the sins of the son... and there appears to be quite a goodly number of them. Your post pretty much covers every sin Hunter perpetuated whether they are relative to the discovery of these classified government documents or not. What is noteworthy is that from what the public has been told, Hunter Biden was likely not the most trustworthy person around.

There is a good possibility that Joe Biden didn't remember or know that he had six of these documents at his Wilmington home, (some say he is senile and senile people often forget these kinds of things). At this point we have no idea what information those six classified government documents contained. Whatever is in them could make a huge difference as to the possibility of a breach of security.

Again, Trump hoarded over 300 classified government documents at his Mar-a-Lago club and residence. The club members hail from all over the world... pretty much anyone who is willing to pay the fees. This is an environment where all manner of national security breaches might have occurred.

Lastly, I repeat, neither of these men should have been able to keep these documents because they technically do not belong to them. It would be interesting to know what each man hoped to do with them... write a book, sell them to a foreign country or flush them down their toilets.

Hunter now found paying his dad 50K PER MONTH for the house that the docs were found.

Probably a meeting place for the highest bidder. Libs need to stop trying to deflect and deal with reality.

How convenient of you to leave out the parts where:

1.  The White House lied saying previously that only a single page was found at Biden's private library, when they actually found six.

2. The White House waited two days to provide an updated accounting of the number of classified records found at Biden's private library.

3. The White House waited more than two months to acknowledge the discovery of the initial group of documents at the Biden office.

4. After stealing these classified documents, Biden hid them for six years.

5.  "Now a garage door, you can go out to any one of these tech places and you can program any garage door opener to open up any garage door, practically," Swecker added. "[Biden] wasn't under Secret Service protection at the time, from my understanding, and the house was empty a lot of that time. That house was inherently insecure. It's much less secure than Mar-a-Lago."

Neither Biden nor Trump should have Classified documents in their offices, garages or homes. All of them belong in the government archives. However just for comparison sake, there are some notable differences between these two situations, such as the number of classified documents discovered and how they were found and what happened following this.

Ten (10) classified documents were found by Biden's attorneys when they were clearing out his private office last fall. This was immediately reported by his attorneys to the proper authorities who then collected the documents.

Richard Sauber, White House special counsel, said that a total of six pages of documents with classification markings were discovered by Biden's aides at his Wilmington residence. One of them was found in a locked garage. This was immediately reported by his attorneys to the proper authorities who then collected the documents.

Investigators and the National Archives spent months seeking information about materials which were stored at former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home/club. Finally, it took a warrant and the F.B.I.’s search to recover the over 300 documents, 60 of which were top secret. Many of these documents were located in various unsecured locations throughout Trump's residence and private club.

What a ridiculous graphic.  Three things missing:

Number of mishandled classified documents needed to put someone in prison: one.

Ability to declassify any classified document in his sole discretion, without any required protocol:  the president.

The authority the vice president has to declassify anything:  none.

And his crackhead son lived there.  If this was anyone else that person would have their clearance immediately suspended, then revoked, and would face criminal charges.

As President Obama said:  "Don't underestimate Joe's ability to f... things up."

Lies, cover ups, obstruction:

"White House lawyer Richard Sauber said in a statement that a total of six pages of classified documents were found during a search of Biden's private library. The White House had said previously that only a single page was found there."

"Sauber's statement did not explain why the White House waited two days to provide an updated accounting of the number of classified records. The White House is already facing scrutiny for waiting more than two months to acknowledge the discovery of the initial group of documents at the Biden office."

Liars

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said during a Thursday afternoon press conference lawyers had finished searching for classified documents after some were found in President Biden's Wilmington, Delaware, garage.

But the search actually continued that evening when more classified documents were found.

Karine-Pierre said the matter was "in the hands of the special counsel." When asked again if the search had been completed, she said, "You should assume it has been completed, yes."

Later in the press conference, Karine-Pierre said "the search is complete."

However, White House special counsel Richard Sauber said in a statement Saturday that he went to President Biden's Wilmington, Delaware, home Thursday evening and found more classified documents.

In both cases the prosecutors have to prove that Trump/Biden had knowledge of the docs and INTENDED to keep them

That's easy to prove in Trumps case just through the timeline of the events and also by Trumps own public statements
No proof yet that Biden was aware he had the docs.  It appears that the National Archives didn't even know they were missing

Additionally, they have multiple instances of obstruction with Trump.  I'm not aware of any obstruction by Biden as of yet

That one document in his garage must have been important, otherwise Biden might have forgotten it. Or maybe he did forget. According to some folks he is senile and likely would not remember that he had it and the other 5 classified documents at his home. He had sixteen documents total counting those in his vacated office. I wonder what percentage this is of the total number of classified documents he handled and read while he was VP?

“Biden Tax Returns Disappear From Campaign Website for Years Hunter Claimed He Lived at Joe’s Delaware Home”

Tucker Carlson reported Monday night that tax returns for the years 2016-2018 have disappeared from Joe Biden’s campaign website’s financial disclosure page at Joe Biden.com .

Those years cover the same timeframe that first son Hunter claimed on a background check report to allegedly have paid nearly $50,000 per month rent to stay at father Joe’s Wilmington, Delaware home where illicit classified documents were found in December 2022 and last week. (Note added at end to reflect headline edit: Rent claim is in question)

The link for Biden’s tax returns for 2019 for federal, Delaware and Virginia is still active. All the others redirect to a Democrat donation page.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris proudly displayed their tax filings on the JoeBiden.com webpage.

Links to their tax filings were posted on the joebiden.com financial disclosure webpage in July 2019.

The original list of tax filings included filings from 2016, 2017, and 2018:

Doesn't matter.  Joe was the VP, not the president.  He knew it was illegal to keep classified documents, but he did it anyway.  He kept them for six years in a very insecure location.  After the classified documents were found, the WH delayed disclosing that fact, and lied about the number of pages found.

“Hunter Biden’s $49,910 Rent Matches Rental Deposit at House of Sweden with CEFC China Energy”

Hunter Biden’s monthly rent of $49,910 matches a rental deposit at the House of Sweden related to the Biden family business venture with the infamous CEFC China Energy Co. Hunter’s $49,910 deposit also matches the amount of money he logged on a 2018 background check document unearthed by the New York Post’s Miranda Devine.

In an email on October 13, 2017, Cecilia Browning, the general manager of House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington, DC, emailed Hunter about a lease that Hunter and his Chinese business partners were trying to terminate, according to emails unearthed from Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”

Browning notes the amount of the deposit was $49,910 for the office space and that it would be returned to Hunter upon signing a lease termination document.

“If you are willing to terminate the lease of #507 – the owners are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31, 2017,” Browning emailed Hunter. “Please note that there is a security deposit paid by you of $49,910 which will be returned within 15 days after the termination of the lease (after inspection of normal wear and tear).”

Hunter had apparently requested the termination of the lease after his deal with CEFC China Energy fell apart. The Biden family had previously negotiated a deal with CEFC whereby President Joe Biden (Big Guy) would receive a ten percent equity stake in the joint venture, whistleblower Tony Bobulinski stated.

“I do have good news – I spoke with the head office and they are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31 this year,” Browning emailed Hunter a month later. “Just wanted to make sure that you received my email below, and also to ask you to confirm so that we can prepare the lease termination documents.”

Hunter appeared not to respond. Browning sent a third email to Hunter on December 14 requesting confirmation of the lease:

Hunter, we haven’t seen you for a while in the building and I wanted to make sure that you received my emails below – as you can see I now have the approval to terminate your lease as per our discussion in October (without any penalty) either December 31, 2017 or January 31, 2018 – whatever is more convenient for you. Please confirm so that we can start preparing the lease termination documents.

Hunter’s assistant Katie Dodge finally responded on January 22, 2018, to Browning. Dodge said Hunter did not want to terminate the lease. But a few days later, Dodge emailed Browning on January 30 and confirmed Hunter would like to terminate the lease:

Yes, we are confirming that Hunter would like to terminate the lease and exit the unit at the end of February (Feb 28) and that the security deposit will cover the remaining rent less. We will pay you the few thousand more for any damage. You can let me know what that amount will be.
Hunter’s $49,910 deposit matches the amount of money he logged on a 2018 background check document unearthed by the Post’s Miranda Devine. Hunter claimed on the form he paid $49,910 in monthly rent from March 2017 to February 2018. The document was signed in July 2018.
The lease dates on the email chain between Hunter and the House of Sweden have not been delineated.

The background check also noted that Hunter’s residence was Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, where the president kept classified documents alongside his Corvette in the garage.

The form additionally reveals Hunter checked a box showing he was an owner of a “Current Residence.” It’s not clear why Hunter noted he owned a location where he paid rent or why he listed his current address as Joe Biden’s residence with rent payments.

— Miranda Devine (@mirandadevine) January 12, 2023

The $49,910 rent amount far exceeds the money recorded on Biden’s taxes. Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return on Schedule E only listed $19,800 in “rents received.” In 2018, Biden listed no rent received.
