also, do you feel boxing has increased your overall recovery time or shortened it?

do you run out of steam quickly when hitting the bag or has yoiur endurance increased to the point you can spar for 12x 3 min rounds?

it allow my shoulders to get more defined. shapes my abs better, and obliques, got great hip exsplosion. endurance, and stamina is through the rough etc....

I got a couple of questions not really bodybuilding related.

I remember you mentioned you have a C5, I currently have a yellow 04.  Do you have any modifications to the engine?  Also is your fuel system gauge messed up?

Next is you said you were addicted to GHB, and you quit.  I've never tried that drug, but did you quit cold turkey or did you taper off?  Did you go to counciling to help stay off as well.

Thanks bro, I had a thing for nubain for a while then I kicked it for a few months then I messed up and back on the wagon   I appreciate your advice.  I will taper and hopefully eventually quit.  The going away idea sounds like really good idea.
