i took creatine n.o. product and glycerine pre workout-but then wasnt able to workout cuz of car issues

i want to work out tonight-is it ok to take my supps again? or no?

i wouldnt take all that shit again. just get your butt to the gym and train hard cause i know im sure you will be eating a lot thanksgiving lol

well itry to stay lean year round. doing maintenence phase with three 50 gram carb meals before training immediately after then hour after that. if something comes up i remove the carb meals and really start getting leaner going into ketosisfor 2 to 3 weeks works every time. you really have to know your body.

i box, i bodybuild, i do what i want . but one thing im healthy and in shape year round thats my biggest thing. getting ready for small part in a movie. and just did a infomercial. and big photoshoot for GAT for the ads for 2009. so im booked for the next couple of months . plus my clientel training is getting way better, so i AM very busy.

no seeing were my future is and how good the company is. i never make a decision by myself i ask my team. lawyer,financial advisor,friends and family. if you make a decision all by yourself 9 times out of ten you make the wrong one with big life changing things like that. always good to get input from successful people

everyone is symbolic of something happened in my life. a friend or family member dieing. a time in my life were the was a huge change. a bad break up etc. might not always mean something of the actaul image but the meaning behind the event i can tell you why i got the tattoo were and when. etc...
