yes well Ruhl is not a human being. he was cable rowing like 500 pounds too. God only knows how much he should be able to barbell curl. I think if he wanted to he could bring his legs up a lot more. They're very big but his chest, biceps, shoulders and traps are some of the biggest in bodybuilding, no reason why he legs cannot be either.

Usually a wider grip is easier becasue the bar doesn't have to travel as far to hit the chest.  In PL comps they actually have a measurement of how far out your hands can be.

I dont know about that. if you do it extremely wide it's easier because you use less tricep.

There ROM is fine! They just don't extend all the way to lock out which makes the excercise that much harder. You fools hating for no good reason. I say Hate DC they have the shitiest ROM.

exactly. taking away the lockout portion removes any rest from the rep. continous tension...
