Also, I was 20 pounds heavier in that pic. And that is the typical androgen-laced face that you get from Tren. My face now could be better described as "estrogen-laced". But at least I still have my kidneys. Tren absolutely affects kidney function.

An anecdote. My kidney values have been running kind of high since my swine flu and Covid-19 debacles. Creatinine high-ish, even though doc says this is normal if you have above average LBM. I'm checking my kdneys and other stuff every couple of months. So I've tried Astragalus to see if it has effects on lab work, after Danta and tons of bodybuilders swore it worked. And it did, everything looks much better in lab work, even running a bit of tren. It won't heal already compromised kidneys, as people like Bostin Loyd found out but it might be a useful addition to a bodybuilders stack, especially when running tren. Some kind of antioxidant and antiinflammatory effect.

Of course there are a bunch of Rx drugs too that can protect the kidneys, these will be used a lot in the future as preventative drugs.

I like the Raytheon ID photo, that is a good look for you ! I will bet a lot of guys used to “Hang Dong” at you when you looked like that.

I’ve been working away on my bench press and figured out how to work my wrist straps a little bit better now. 🤣 I also got a new curling bar so I’m working on my arms more and deadlift.  I’m not very good at tricep press work, I think my arms are too long ?  LOL.  It was pool party season here so I had to lose a few lbs for the obligatory bikini time (130 lbs), but I’m back training again now and added cycling and sprinting on a running track (134 lbs).

I am benching again tomorrow and I should be able to finally do a clean rep with 165 lbs ! Which only makes me 386 lbs below what TommyWishBone benched. I can do 165 lbs with a slight bounce, so I’m going to do it with a pause tomorrow.

Sorry to hijack your thread. No need for me to post the car videos, not my style. I’m going to Portugal for Christmas and bringing my mom back with me and we will be headed to Hawaii. We can go for Quarter Pounders then and bring my mom. She wants to go to a Luau and pig roast on the beach.

I've used, continue to use, Minoxidil 5%. I'm not sure if it works. It is approved for hair growth but it supposedly it's more effective at keeping your hair than growing. I started using it about ten years ago when I ran into a friend from high school. He use to be quite the lady's man but he was unrecognizable. I think there are two things that really change a man's appearance dramatically: going bald and gaining a lot of weight. When you have a double and triple chin and bloated face along with being bald makes you a different person. I wasn't worried about getting fat but it made me more "hair aware."

I'm not sure it makes much of a difference as my four brothers all have a full head of hair and one of them is in his 70s.

I use Minoxidil 5% as well, once a day and it has considerably improved my hair, thickening it and slowing or even halting loss with no negative side effects. Would recommend to anyone worried about hair thinning or hair loss.

Always using a Saw Palmetto supplement which I think has also helped.

My doctor wrote me a script for Cialis and all I had to do was ask. I pay like $20 for a three month supply. If you have a good relationship with your doctor they really help you out. Now I know this will be hard to believe, but the reason why I started to use it, and I only use it on training days, is for the Nitrix Oxide. It really gets the blood flowing and you get great pumps.

It also lowers blood pressure. High blood pressure is in my family and all my six other brothers and sisters take lisinopril for it. Even my young brother who is a competitive cyclist and a cardio machine has to take meds. Anyway, I was able to cut my lisinopril by half since taking Cialis (about a year now). It works out to two to three 20mg tabs a day and it has a half-life of three days. The random boners can be a pain but still not as bad as during my teen years.
