Today while I was out and about I saw a girl I used to go out with. Unfortunately it didn't work out too well and I always kind of regreted it. Anyway it kind of lit the fire inside me, like now I want to do cardio at 6am everyday and clean my diet up and stuff. I've put on a lot of weight since I last saw her, and seeing her today remided me of that and made me kind of mad.
I know this probably sounds kind of gay, so I will understand if there are some "gayer than" replies, but what motivates you?
