Back and calves for 30 min

30 Min  -  5 x   40 sec work 20 sec rest

Burpee & Ring Pull Up

Sandbag bear crawls with 180lbs of sandbags (120 and 60 tied together)

Atomic Push up on Sorinex roller

2x 1 arm rows w 90 lb DB + Tire Flip

DL w 225lb 


30 min -  5 x   40 sec work - 20 sec rest

Burpee & Ring Pull Up

Suicide Sprint

Sideways plank walk w 120 lateral sandbag drag through

Prone Row with 35's w a push up

Medicine Ball Slams   

10 minute cool down  on assault bike and air runner slow pace.

Sitting at 197lbs and feel great, conditioned, and tight.
