I necessarily don't think that doing more sets is going to get me bigger. I just enjoy training, so I enjoy doing more and spending more time in the gym. Of course, there are those that believe if they do more sets, they are going to get bigger. However, some just enjoy being in the gym. On the other hand, he claims when he dropped the sets, he put on 12-14 pounds of muscle naturally in 4-5 months haha lol.
