I went and checked this date and although it looks like the adverse reaction listing is correct, the system doesn't report deaths so the article writer has fabricated this information, or pulled it in from somewhere else to make their data look more interesting and click baity.

As to the number the amount of reactions, the vast majority are benign, when you look at the amount of injections administered, it is 0.0025% of injections cause a reaction.  When you actually interrogate the data and look at the seriousness of the reactions (its all listed) data, you can see that the reaction data tumbles away.  Of the Moderna data for example, the serious reactions is around 200k, so less than 1/3rd of the headline data your article pronounces.

There is no doubt that some people are having reactions, as is the case with all medicines, but as much as every person who dies or has a serious reaction is tragic, in the big scheme of things, these reactions and deaths are rounding errors when it comes to data reporting.  With a minimum of over 6m deaths now attributed to COVID and a mortality rate of around 2%, you are more likely to die from COVID than have a rection by an order of almost x10,000....
