125 is an odd #. Deca normally comes in 200 mg/ml so 1 1ml shot per week is 200mg Deca. Legit test also comes in 200mg/ml.
200 MG per week of test and/or Deca is normally where one starts, although even that is a tad high for a trt doc but can be obtained from a trt doc that understands bodybuilding.
BTW, 200mg Deca or test from a US pharmacy is better than some goofy 500 mg/ml UG lab made in some kids bathtub.
200mg test and 100 MG Deca(1/2 ml inject) is a great starting point for a middle aged guy wanting to look and feel good. A little more test than Deca I say, just because Deca is known for sexual side effects but at that dose you should have no problems.
This isn't a competitor cycle, but a great middle aged cycle to look and feel great.
You can always increase based on health markers and results.
