I have been sick the last 2 weeks. I may have lost too much size and I may not do well. However regardless I am ready to look and feel good on the beach this summer so all is not lost. Plan to train back and biceps today then will do one more chest pump session Friday night.

There is no malice in anything that follows.....
I will give you credit that your legs look leaner than they have before in this pic. The whole "I have lost too much size" is your mental side (NOT a jab) taking over. I didn't know one bodybuilder than doesn't feel that way going into a contest. There are many theories on training the week of a show. Some have stopped Tues/Wed....some train through Friday. There is no need to be training hard the week of the show. There is an 'inflammatory' response to hard training which can mess up prep.
You look flat because of diet. Yes, you should be concerned about bloating due to your intestinal issues. The reason guys look great after all of that pizza, McDonalds, doughnut, etc shit is that it is so calorically dense that more fluid is pulled into digestive track to help it along. Combine tat with water restriction and your body has no other option than to pull fluid from the body to help it along. Thus the reason people look "leaner". Because you eat those food all-year-round you may not know which ones do not cause gastric upset. If you do, then by all means that's what you do AFTER weigh ins. Put your ego aside and if you get into a lower weight class and then you load back up you will look 100x bigger and better than they do.
Brian, these last minute drastic changes are not going to do you any good. This is why people are show ready 2 weeks out. You can try little things and not mess up the day of the show. That pic above is not the same as you normally look. Had you looked like this a two weeks ago you could make changes. I have no doubt you could have held the shape you're in there.
Again....do NOT start making any drastic changes...the likelihood of it working out for you is not good. That's not personal, it is what typically happens. Who knows, you could luck out.
