Hmmm already dehydrated and feeling like shit. Yeah, Lasix seems like a great idea. Especially for a local show inside a high school gymnasium where nobody’s watching.

All kidding aside, I wish you the best of luck. I’d focus on feeling good and enjoying the experience instead of feeling like shit the entire time. In the end, if you feel like you aren’t in shape, a last minute trick won’t likely make a positive difference. Oh, and it could kill you, and the last thing any vain bodybuilder would want is to die at the Mr. Smalltown USA pageant

The Lasix isn’t going to make it break you .. ..( do what you feel is right/ safe) When you are backstage you never wish you had done less in your preparation,…. By that time it’s too late … so make sure you have all your bases covered! ) you never want to second guess yourself (I wish I had done more cardio/ I wish I had been more strict on my diet/ I wish etc etc) …. Treat even a low level local show like the Olympia…and you will be a winner no matter what!
