i put on some size since i last posted (not all muscle of course but a decent amount) so figured id put up a pic

i don't juice, i'm natural....all getbig style joking and flaming aside, i really am natural
id tell you because i'm pro-steriod and i planning on jucing at some point down the road (4 or 5 years)...
but you still probably don't believe me :)

I do, I was just wondering why you shave your head. Anyways if you plan on being natural for that much longer for gods sakes man lean out while your metabolism is in high gear. Fat gain will do nothing for you. I'm sure you've got it in you to gain while getting lean. Remember to look in the mirror not at the scale. You seem like you've got enough muscle. Anyways good luck with whatever you decide to do . . .

I probably shouldnt give too much advice but I do anyways ;D
