Frank Zane natural?
« on: December 06, 2006, 12:58:27 PM »
Actually, that's the question...I don't know.  The group of bb's he was with took gear, but Zane never looks huge to me.  Seems he went for more of a shredded look than most muscular.   Anyone have info on his cycles?

It seems like these days Zane and his wife promote a "healthy" lifestyle...at least according to their website.

Any info?

so...he was juiced but unable to add mass?  How is that?  Does it have to do with skeletal structure?
maybe he was getting the "placebo"?

He was called that for some other reason, at least that what they said. In Flex he said his stack was 100mg Primo weekly plus 10mg d-bol perday.

I would love to look like Zane.  5'9 and 1/2, 185 pounds, shredded.  I heard he once got up to a very cut 208 too.

So start training like him and eating like him and you will resemble him! Tiss true!

He trained hard, but from what I read, he ate like a bird.  His whole diet for the day during contest prep was like a bran muffin and a light beer lol.  He seemed to respond to minimal AAS use very well.  He would probably have been 170 without gear, but just because he wouldn't have been much without gear doesn't mean I could be anything close to his size on gear.  I wish.

You can do it naturally. Just focus more on your balance.

The funny thing is, 99 percent of the people who talk shat about Zane would be killed by him on stage. Yeah, the guy was small. But in his day he was not. There are people who call for Dex to be mr o. Even for Vic. Vic is what 235 - 240 ? So when Ronnie competed against Vic he outweighed him by 50 lbs. When Ronnie competes against Dex he outweighs him by 70 pounds. Arnold ( the biggest guy of his day) outweighed Zane by 45 lbs.

Realistically, what do you guys think Zane's stats would have been?  Chest, arms, legs, calves, etc.

Small... 17 inch arms etc etc.
