ephedra is widelyused but how does it compare to cocaine? is cocaine a stronger fat burning supp?

Cocaine has a much shorter duration of action... you'd have to be doing lines all day long to maintain the effect.  You have that kind of cash?  ::)

Hahahaha yes Matt C, saved a kid rib cage last summer.. hooked on coke and convinced he was up for 315 at 170lb, 12" arms... crushed like pillow first rep, no spotter. Jumped in to save his ass. Best set of upright row ever did 8)

unless you just BAM dropped it.. then i would be worried, but if you kind of 'failed' and lowered it to your chest then i wouldnt worry?
