Yikes. He reminds me of someone I trained once.
This Pakistani guy comes in with two of his buddies, who are just watching me train him. One of his friends/advisor remarked at how this guy had a ton of money and he could buy this whole gym. This guy was so out of shape his heart rate was blazing at 150bpm, after walking for 3 minutes at 3.5mph.
I felt like saying, "No amount of money will give your assclown client a good physique or the dedication required to get one. However, I may be able to introduce you to some 2nd rate juicers, who happen to make barely average gains through drug use, they can help you out." The consolation prize for the majority of gym goers.
Reality check: If most people didn't take gear, you'd have smaller guys at the gym and fewer. Many would get fed up with their piss poor gains and quit. Because of this, my gym would probably go out of business tomorrow. So, I apologize for my last 847 remarks.
