I dont speak catalan so much,cus they dont speak that much in Barcelona. but they speak only catalan in villages.
Not good like State. But, i am a free weight lover basicaly and there is no problem if they have squat cage and big dumbells.

I am still a fatass of 89.5kg. But i will keep on posting until i reach 79-82kg and getting ready for the catalonian championships.

Friday and Saturday i ate 400grams of rice(white) each, from yesterday i go down 200grams daily.
I still eat more carbs than average competitors of my weight class i think....
Two times cardios of 60mins everyday.
How will be next Saturday? Stay tune!

Thanx. Telling the truth. I didnt expect this video. At last saturday, my friend came up to me for being trained by me. And he begins to  take video of everything and put it on Youtube.

Mmm not anyone. Still difficult. But its way more easier to maintain muscle mass despite of severe diet. Thats really big point. That is Why juicers looks full. You can achive it with natural also(OK what i try to now...),but very very difficult to do it though...

I can't even imagine doing cardio 60 min twice a day and weight training. You will definitely drop some weight.

There is still the possibility of starting in a category with only 3 cometitors so you can take the third place at worst.
