Very  nice but it's missing the part where he busts his ass when he slips on black ice,has to run on the street cuz the sidewalks are a mess,gets splashed with slush from passing cars...

I do all kinds of cardio and a lot of it...

If its shitty outside just do some circuit bodyweight stuff..I did this as a warmup this morning before lifting

10 burpees
30 jump ropes
Repeat as many times as possible for 10 minutes

And don't be slow about it! Really try...
