Soul Crusher:
30 min leg press supersets and drop sets.  10 sets   

60 min zero rest - all out.  Straight up Mule work and soaked.   

All out on Assault Bike 1 min.   

Sled drag 30 yards w Sorinex sled.

4 Tire flips.

10 walking lunges with 30lb DB. 


Soul Crusher:
Destruction today.

45 min - Back and calves.   12-15 sets.   

60 min straight no rest -

30 sec air bike

30 sec - 5 pull ups


Feeling great.

Hulkotron:
I did a "leg day" oh brother:

10 sets of box-squats
4 sets of hip thrusts (no homo)
3 sets of calf raisings
