It was quite physique and looks-based from 18 to 35.

Life was very easy for me back then regarding women, work and life in general.

After my mother died in my arms, i got depressed and got grey hairs overnight and my looks went to the shitter. Relationship got ruined within that same timeperiod

No training, lack of food/appetite, no sleep etc I looked like a bag of smashed assholes

Then a few years later i had a resurgence and started training again, eating well, started a new relationship, but still lost my looks i had 18-35 and it never came back no matter how hard i tried

Now at 50+ it's just not the same :D
