Lou does not own the rights to the Hulk and I'm even surprised that he is allowed to call himself that at the AC expo.

Pretty sure Lou doens't own the rights but pretty sure he pays a lciense fee to use it. Trademark infridgement is a major concern to companies and he has beeen so open using it that I am pretty sure he pays to use the term "Hulk"
