They have weight classes for a reason dumbass and yes absolutelt an average heavyweight wrestler is going to destroy the best 155lber grappler in the world. His technique doesn’t work the same with that much size deferential. But you wouldn’t know that becasue you are not an actual grappler
Ken Shamrock was 6'1" 220 lbs of lean muscle, a skilled grappler, and a champion in Pancrase. He lost to a scrawny 170 lbs non athlete who could be the poster boy for the March of Dimes.
And come to think of it, you claim to be 5'11" 220-230 lbs. Weighing just as much, if not more than Shamrock, at a shorter height yet you look like a twig compared to him.
You're shorter and heavier than Shamrock so you should be much thicker and more muscular. I bet you think you are.
