White processed flour (pizza), tons of empty calorie dense foods that are greasy and devoid of nutrients,plus your portions are too huge for one sitting for a guy your size making digestion difficult and absorption almost imposible...........YOU KNOW JACKSHIT ABOUT BODYBUILDING.....just like I`ve been saying since you got here.
