May fifteenth was Rons birthday....he turned twenty nine AGAIN.

Happy belated birthday Rob.

Because of the Sabbath I don’t post on Sundays unless it’s an emergency.

I would have wished you a happy birthday yesterday but Bhanks had a lot of posts I needed to go through and I lost track of time…

So I say all that to say Happy Birthday Rod! Love what you’ve done with the place!

As a non conforming, non practicing 7th day Adventist yes it is, but when it comes to remembering birthdays of Jewish bodybuilding icons I NEVER forsake Sabbath rule. I’m just wired different bro and this type of thing is important. I think Rov knows it’s not personal.

Thanks - been crazy busy and overloaded at work - birthday was nice and quiet here with family.

This upcoming weekend is the Los Angeles Fit Expo, at the Convention Center.  Looking forward to say hello to some friends, and check up on vendors booths that we work with, including One Bars, Celsius and Legendary Tasty Pastry.
