Reasonably big and decent proportions but you need to lose about 30lbs of fat. Then you'll have a realistic idea of what you need to improve on. Your pics remind me of me about seven years ago when I was strong as fcuk but very overweight. I'd imagine you're quite strong at that weight but I would concentrate on geting leaner and trying to retain as much strength as you can.

Arvilla didn't lose muscle, and you dieting "slowly" is just gonna hold you back.

Sarcasm and TA called me out yesterday, so I followed through on what I said I'd do -- post my pic.

I also figure it's a good time because soon I'm hoping to start my first ever "real" cycle. This is the "before" picture. So far everything I've done has been pop a pill here, inject a bit there, etc. No combinations, nothing long-term, no higher dosages. So as long as I get my "loot", I'll be starting it Oct 1...takes a while to get everything from all over the place.

Anybody who knows anything about bodybuilding can tell you have plenty of muscle and that you need to lose probably about 50-60lbs to look good, but not quite contest good. I know what you're talking about re: your rare and sporadic use of gear. Like most say, you should get closer to 10-12% BF before doing your first cycle. From the pic, I'd say you are closer to 26-28%BF. So losing 15% of 300 =45lbs before juicing would be a good idea. But I have no doubt you'll great after losing the weight and hitting the juice button.

Arvilla, can u post a recent pic so we can see if you remained lean, got fat again, or are somewhere in between?

I agree. Loosing about 45lbs is reasonable and do-able. A good goal.

That is about the half way mark.  Then you have about 50 more to go.

I'm wondering if I should try EAC. I hate it cuz it makes me feel all sick...albuterol is ok but only works like 2 weeks so I hear. And I can't use T3 nor Clen -- too many sides for me.

...maybe I'll have to stick to good old fashon cardio and food...been on that for about 3 months and did loose 3%, so it's working...just slowly -- slower than w/ drugs course

You should eat 200-250 grams of protein and 150 grams of carbs everyday.
It is going to take you months and months but will be worth it.

I can see you are already setting yourself up for failure by first mentioning what drugs you want to take.

K...no drugs. And, yup...like I said, been doing it w/ just cardio and food the past 3 months anyhow.

I did, however, try those drugs over the years (which is how I know how they make me feel). Just never kept on them for any extended periods of time...except EAC, but only pre-workout for energy.

Maybe I'll up the cardio -- 30 min instead of 20. Cardio is boring as hell.

"upping the cardio" = 30 mins instead of 20?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

come on G ..TIME to get SERIOUS
"up it" to 45 mins twice a day
4 times a week
and "up" your protien to 1 and a half grams per lb of bodyweight
20 mins is a joke bro

Lower your calories more instead of going overboard on cardio.  Doing cardio twice a day isn't practical.
